5-Ingredient Green Smoothie
Savor a quick, nutrient-packed blend of banana, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, Medjool dates, spinach, and It’s All Good® Colostrum Powder.
• 1 large banana
• 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
• 3–4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 scoop It’s All Good® Colostrum Powder
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately!
Chia Seed Pudding
Chia seeds soaked in milk, sweetened as you like, enhanced with It’s All Good® Colostrum Powder, and topped with fresh fruit, chilled to creamy perfection.
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 cup milk of choice
• 1 tsp honey or other sweetener (optional)
• 1 scoop of It’s All Good® Colostrum Powder
• Strawberries or other fruits for topping
Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well. Cover the jar and store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Mix again before enjoying!
Vanilla Yogert Parfait

• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
