Daily, add one scoop (2g) of It’s All Good® Colostrum Powder to your preferred cold, room temperature, or lukewarm beverage. You can also incorporate it into various foods. For maximum efficacy, avoid using colostrum powder with hot beverages or hot foods.

    • • 2 tbsp chia seeds
    • • 1/2 cup milk of choice​
    • • 1 tsp honey or other sweetener (optional)
    • • 1 scoop of It’s All Good® Colostrum Powder​
    • • Strawberries or other fruits​ for topping​

    Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well. Cover the jar and store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Mix again before enjoying!
